Varm Bulgur med Kantareller och Granatäpple (Warm bulgur with chanterlles and pomegranate)

Not the best photo, but I really liked this one! Bulgur, kantareller, pomegranate, goat chees, parsley and thyme. All go so good together! Maybe a better lunch dish, or light for dinner, I will definitely make this one again. 2 pomegranates was way to much, I would just use 1 next time. I used 2 dl parsley before being chopped, and that was perfect.
