Really good one! And so typically swedish! It would score a little higher, but it's not a huge improvement from just having the gravadlax, boiled potatoes and dill on a plate. But nevertheless, tastes great. The egg took a while to cook, so have patience. Didn't cost too much, the lax 45SEK and the dill, eggs, milk and potatoes aren't much. Quite quick, too! And filling. so i was just showing fred your blog and he, too, thinks the 'johan scale' is so funny. in fact, he now wants to do the same thing, haha. so don't be surprised if you see the 'fred scale' pop up here and there ;) and p.s. he says he's going to be 'harsh'...ooooo. i told him not to be surprised when i go on strike, haha.
